The team are composed of highly passionate hospitality staff who are focused on creating premium catering and beverage experiences for your event. We are recognised as the cocktail bar hire specialists of the Sunshine Coast and approach every event as an opportunity to craft a unique offering and set the standard in our industry.

Managing Director
Grant Hawthorne is the founder and Managing Director of The Bartenders. Grant is a true Sunshine Coast local and has had the pleasure of calling Noosa home for many years.
After finishing university, Grant gained bartending experience as the Bar Manager of Sofitel Noosa. This role saw Grant oversee the opening of a new venue, develop a range of signature cocktails and implement exciting brand strategies.
After establishing a strong professional reputation, Grant decided to pursue his passion for creating memorable experiences by establishing The Bartenders; the perfect mix of great service, handcrafted drinks and a personal touch.

Event Manager & Sommelier
With a deep-rooted passion for the art of wine, Sam’s journey began as the founder and owner of Theo’s Social Club, one of Noosa’s most prestigious wine bars.
At Theo’s Social Club, Sam curated an exceptional wine collection that attracted connoisseurs from near and far, establishing a reputation for excellence in hospitality. His expertise in selecting the perfect wine to complement any occasion is unparalleled.
Having a profound understanding of event management, Sam effortlessly coordinates every detail to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for clients. His dedication to crafting personalized and unique events has made him an invaluable asset to The Bartenders team.

Events & Marketing Manager
Erin is the glue that holds The Bartenders together. She is a passionate events professional whose career began in the front-of-house team at Sofitel Noosa. Quickly advancing to an events management role at the prestigious hotel, Erin is the perfect person to lead The Bartender’s events team.
Having crossed paths with Grant in 2016, it wasn’t long until Erin took up the mantle of leading The Bartender’s brand and events team, managing client communications and helping to successfully grow the business.

Head Bartender at The Bartenders, Shane is the secret ingredient in your delicious cocktail recipe! An expert Mixologist, Shane loves to shake up old classics and create innovative signature cocktails tailored to each event.
With a history of bar experience, and previously the Bar & Restaurant Manager at El Capitano, you’ll find Shane leading the team behind the mobile cocktail bar to ensure that each event goes down as smoothly as our drinks do!

Errico is known as the ‘Cocktail Master’. He brings an unparalleled level of enthusiasm and passion not only to The Bartenders, but to the whole cocktail industry.
As a third generation Italian of Chinese descent, Errico brings a truly international flavour to The Bartenders’ work. Born and raised in Milan, he made the move to Australia in 2019 after some time travelling.
Errico is a hospitality powerhouse that boasts experience in some of the Sunshine Coast’s foremost establishments, as well as a stellar personality… making him the perfect addition to your next event!
